cold food chaotic rush
the dinner buffets were a bit of a letdown. food sat cold since hot lamps did not seem to work. fresh dishes triggered a chaotic rush with no crowd control. i felt that was a bit of a zoo rather than a relaxing dinner experience.

clean pool beautiful restaurant helpful staff
The swimming pools were Excellent!!! They were very large and clean, with a swim-up bar. Compliments to the chefs are due for the beautiful restaurant menus. All staff were helpful and courteous.
The boat doesn't make the short crossing very quickly or frequently.

Decent stay needing improvements
uncomfortable sagging bed unhappy staff
The bed in my Beautiful Ocean View King Bed was REALLY uncomfortable, with noticeable sagging. It affected my sleep quality a lot. the staff at the buffet seemed unhappy. Some even seemed to avoid eye contact when I asked for something. I think this impacted the overall dining experience since their attitude. The food was ok but not AMAZING!!!

I found the breakfast buffet nice. There was a great selection. The staff offered options to accommodate needs. I was impressed with the constant follow up on my experience. Any concerns I had were immediately addressed.
